0 How to protect emails from Forwarding

You may have come across a situation where you want to make sure that the mail sent by you is not going outside to other mail IDs than you sent. You can protect your mails by disabling the "forward" option.

In Microsoft Outlook 2007, you can find an option to protect your emails from forwarding. If you want to send an e-mail to a set of recipients and do not want them to forward it to anyone else, then click on the "Permission" button present on the top right hand side (under options) or the office button in the e-mail window and select the "Do not Forward" option. This will helps us to prevent sensitive/confidential information from being forwarded, printed or copied by unauthorized personal.
