0 How to Make Passwords Difficult to Guess

• Ensure that your password is at least 8 characters to long and is combination of lower case, Upper case, Numeric characters and special characters.
• Do not use common elements which are easy to guess or crack using the cracking tools (that is, words, names, sports, movies and shows, groups, songs etc)
• Do not use elements relating to your personal life, which could be found out with a bit of social engineering. (That is, Graduation year, Birthdays, Phone numbers etc)
• Do not use keyboard patterns (that is, qwertyuiop, 1q2w3e4r etc), which are very common and easy to crack.
• Whenever you are changing your passwords don’t use repeating patterns of the previous password. Because once your password is compromised it’s very easy to guess your current password even if you changed it. (That is, do not use patterns like ah*F*hj1, ah*F*hj2, ah*F*hj3 etc)
